That is a super tough one! Based on the time I’ll probably do parts of a couple songs if possible to get variety. I think starting with scene six: home by dream theater is in order. Love the intro to that song. It’s 12 minutes long though so not the full thing .

80s alternative like the cure disintegration? Some classical Mozart?

One of my favorite things about the demos is picking up new material to add to my own rotation. I'm looking forward to some more fresh (to me anyways) cuts.BTW that whole Nirvana record has amazing guitar and drum tones that I didn't appreciate as a kid but really stand out nowadays.

Funny thing about that album and Nirvana in general. I did not like it at all when it was released. I don't know what the heck was wrong with me? Now I love it. That particular song (and a handful by other artists) will let me know in 10 minutes or less if a headphone is for me or not.

Disintegration is a great track and on my test list.

But I'd like to hear this, and its layered vocals and bass thump!

As long as there's music in it, it will still sound like music

Some of the greatest songs are poorly mixed or mastered, or were created long before technology gave us these rich and full bandwidth recordings with black backdrops. All of those things are nice but if there's vibe, the HE 1 will connect you with it

It works, too. Each of the last two shows have had a handful of backfills. We will always try to accommodate as many as reasonably possible.
