T2 still winning out over the properly working viva for you? Tbh I am having a very hard time between the two.

Yeah, I listened to the Viva again. It was much better, but the treble wasn't to my liking

Yeah, it was nice. You only get 5 minutes with it... and everyone with you gets to hear how awkward and disjointed your playlist is.

Yeah, you had to sign up for it. It's one of the first things I did when I got there. You got 5 minutes with it. I just blew through tracks to see how different genres sounded

Regarding the HE-1, the weak link is it's built in DAC. I would love to hear it with a Chord DAVE though.

It was only available for demo if you signed up on saturday.

Pleasantly surprised by the Audio Technica R70x - kinda want to spend time with them in a quieter space, but first impressions was that it hd6xx like, but more emphasis on the highs. Nice clarity up there to my noob ears and vocals have a nice richness

I listened to the odin, legend evo and bravado. They all sounded good, very rich, full, warm sound but I preferred the legend evo out of the 3. The odin was a little too energetic in the treble for me.

And I listened to the same three next to him and greatly preferred the Odin for female vocals.

well if you use an different DAC then you add more to the already nosebleed level cost
