Yeah, it was nice. You only get 5 minutes with it... and everyone with you gets to hear how awkward and disjointed your playlist is.What, there was an HE-1? Where was it at the show??

That's understandable. It had this wierd enticing level of vividness that I liked quite a bit tbh
Yeah, you had to sign up for it. It's one of the first things I did when I got there. You got 5 minutes with it. I just blew through tracks to see how different genres soundedWhat, there was an HE-1? Where was it at the show??
Regarding the HE-1, the weak link is it's built in DAC. I would love to hear it with a Chord DAVE though.
Yeah, I tried to talk to the Senn guy about that because I've heard the same. He said most people use the internal oneRegarding the HE-1, the weak link is it's built in DAC. I would love to hear it with a Chord DAVE though.
It was only available for demo if you signed up on saturday. What, there was an HE-1? Where was it at the show??
They took you to the 26th floor where you are greeted by cocaine bear and escorted by blackpink wearing only high heels to a special listening room to demo the headphones while they fed you ruby roman grapes and yubari king melon.
I guess listening fatigue is a real thing after all.It was only available for demo if you signed up on saturday.

Pleasantly surprised by the Audio Technica R70x - kinda want to spend time with them in a quieter space, but first impressions was that it hd6xx like, but more emphasis on the highs. Nice clarity up there to my noob ears and vocals have a nice richness
Did they also force you to listen to "Hotel California"? They seem to have been using that track from the live "Hell Freezes Over" album for years.Yeah, I tried to talk to the Senn guy about that because I've heard the same. He said most people use the internal one
No, I listened to Fleetwood Mac, Sia, Gaga, George Ezra, Dua Lipa, and Van Halen.Did they also force you to listen to "Hotel California"? They seem to have been using that track from the live "Hell Freezes Over" album for years.
Any more Empire Ears Odyssey impressions? I’m still debating between that and the Odins.
I listened to the odin, legend evo and bravado. They all sounded good, very rich, full, warm sound but I preferred the legend evo out of the 3. The odin was a little too energetic in the treble for me.Any more Empire Ears Odyssey impressions? I’m still debating between that and the Odins.
And I listened to the same three next to him and greatly preferred the Odin for female vocals.I listened to the odin, legend evo and bravado. They all sounded good, very rich, full, warm sound but I preferred the legend evo out of the 3. The odin was a little too energetic in the treble for me.
