Really enjoyed your written overview and video of the show. Actually ended up purchasing the 64 audio U4S given the show discount and the fact that I preferred their sound more than anything else n the 64 Audio lineup! The modules make them so versatile as well. Couldn’t agree more about the ZMF room - had a couple of how does it sound any better moments on the Atrium open withe T+A and Decware amps!

Kuma's is absolutely a great pick in the Schaumburg area. I grabbed their June Burger of the Month, the YOB, Saturday night. "10oz Beef Patty, Roasted Red Pepper, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smoked Gouda, Roasted Garlic Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, and Red Onion." That burger was so good it made everything sound better the next day at the show. And wazzupi is dead-on with the fried pickles.

I asked Roger at Hifiman and he said only 2 sets of Shang Sr sold a year so they’re not bringing those with them. They never do they also don’t being the Jr not sure why but I just don’t think they’re as popular. The Sr is a treat if you can ever find a demo. Sometimes a community member may bring their own and that’s a more likely way to hear them

I believe there was one available for audition at CJ London last year. It might have been supplied by a British dealer, not HIFIMAN, if I recall correctly. @number1sixerfan did bring his personal SGL to CJ Chicago, but it sounds like you didn't cross paths.
