Here is an email I got back from Sennheiser Canada after inquiring how to get those yellow HD414 (H-19545) pads which are similar to the flats for Grado headphones:

This part is available for the price of $9.60 for a pair. (Part no. 19545)

would ship, a credit card number (visa/master) with expiry date, and a
phone number where we can reach you. Provide also the part no. and the
quantity you want to purchase. Please note that we charge $7.50 for
shipping.
