Almost entirely true - Just 2 months ago, Canada and the EU reinstated duties to penalize the US for anti-dumping laws that was deemed illegal by the WTO. A 15% duty will be charged to paper products, clothing and machinery to Europe and swine, cigarettes, and oysters to Canada.

Most likely you wont be buying hogs, cigarettes, or oysters from the US, so have no fear of duties.
