I have had a few of these kicking around and I was looking for a good project to use them in. Not an expensive one. Stereo headamp project maybe? Kind of powerful for those I think.

LM3875? From what I recall those are class AB chip amps for speakers.
I don't think you want to use them in a headphone amplifier.
