Can you harm headphones or speakers with distorted/low bitrate music?

I noticed that some 128 bit rate files have a sort of clipping or distortion that the same song at 320 bits doesnt have. Much of my music is unfortunately 192kbits.

What about songs that are older and have some "analog static" ?

Is there any chance that it would harm my headphones or speakers? Does volume matter much? I dont play anything too loud.

high volumes are bad, distortion is just apart of the sound wave, theres no problem with that
