With the passing of Joe Grado are they now impossible to repair HP1000 / HP1 / HP2 headphones? So now buyer beware? Grado told me they cant fix them. I have HP1000 it is working but am worried if it breaks in the future.

Why would it "break"? Unless you abuse the driver with 1.21 gigawatts? Drivers are passive, there is nothing to wear out really. Membrane could crumble, or the "surround". But not in the next 100 years I would guess.

Everything else is repairable / solderable
