Can the Stax SRD-7 be used with a HD600 ?

Only if you want to destroy your HD-600's. The Stax adapter is a transformer designed to give huge voltage that is required for electrostatic headphones. Besides, the connecter is not compatible.

Thank's for the advise, Canman ! It was surely not my intention to destroy my HD600...

So I reformule my question. According to your knowledge and experience (or any Head-Fier's ones), does it exist on the market an good quality adaptator I could connect to my system amp for listening to a headphone ?

Following Canman's advice (that I thank again), I bought an amplifier to headphone transformer from Antique Sound Lab.

I'm very happy with it. It's for me another way of listening to headphone. I will say that if you are happy with your main system amp, you could give a try to this cheap but efficient product.
