My HDD is screwed up in my iMod and just wondering if using the new 120gb iPod HDD would be a possibility???

Any help would be appreciated!

Vinnie already tried to exchange the 5.5G-80GB and the 6G-160GB HDDs. Nto sure if the 120GB HDD will fit the 5.5G iPod, but I've read that it's a single plate driver.

Yeah I know that vinnie tried to use the 160gb iPod hdd but i think the 80gb one platter hdd is compatible so I was hoping it'd be the case here. Thats alright I'm going to get a 120GB hdd next week from a fellow headfier.
