I have a pair of Logitech UE6000s and have recently come across a problem. Whenever the noise canceling feature, which is powered by a battery, is turned off, no sound comes out of the left earcup. When the noise canceling is activated, the headphones function normally. 
 
Any suggestions or ideas of what could be causing this?
