I know lisa3 can charge 8.4v rechargeable batteries , but how about 9.6v?
Can LIsa3 charge Powerex 9.6v 230mah batteries?

not as is no, but the LLP can have its voltage adjusted up and you can change the gain on the regulator that charges the batteries by changing a single resistor. so its a no/yes
