Can I use LCD-X to run on treadmill?

Beyond the cable concern ... I don't think the clamp is enough to keep them in place.

I won't recommend it. I have the Audeze LCD2 but in general, Audeze headphones are really heavy. They could slip off and also I'm pretty sure they don't have an IPX rating. So you have a high chance to damage them if you got sweat on them.

Are these planar Magnetic headphones able to take stable running on treadmill?

Thanks
Likely, no. Also, the sweat involved will cause the hp to slide / fall off and will ruin earpads over time.

I am currently on Shure 1540 and they do fine for running even though they are not designed for that purpose either. They have detacheable ear pads though that I wash and I also use disposable ear pad cover on top

You literally need head strap, to make sure LCD-X stay in your head. Need to careful not to cover the grill too much as will affect air flow (thus affect the sound quality).

On serious note: The answer is BIG no for so many reasons.
