I'm currently using the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H on board to listen to music.
can the Hifimediy Sabre be used as a sound card?
and how is the Hifimediy Sabre compared to asus xonar sound card?
there's anything better around this price?

The Hifimediy Sadre will function as a 2-channel DAC, with zero surround sound features.
I would think the Sabre is at least equal, DAC wise, to a $100  sound card

Chances are you would also need to get an external headphone amplifier to plug into the Sabre.

The Asus Xonar DG sound card is $30 and there is a $10 mail in rebate this month.

Most of the time I'm going to use superlux 668b, once in a while I'll be using vsonic gr06.
Do you think I'm going to need an amp?
EDIT:
except the amp which I don't know if I need it, I need to buy anything else to make it work?
it can pull the audio from the usb?

For headphone like the Superlux HD668B, I would think the Xonar DG sound card ($30, with $10 mail in rebate) is about as much as you would want to spend for driving the HD668B.
Xonar DG comes with a basic headphone amplifier.

The cheapest xonar to my country is 66$ including shipping. Sad story :-D
And if there will be a huge change I will use the gr06 as my main headphones.
So am I going to need anything except the dac to drive my headphones?
This is the dac btw

There should be a big improvement from the on board sound?

I would guess there would be an improvement with audio quality, using the Sabre.

The Sabre should offer the better audio quality, but the U3 should do everything else better.

You lost me.. What's everything else?
I'm using my headphones so all i need is 2.0 or 2.1 sound.
Don't need 5.1

"Everything else", like surround sound for movies and gaming.
Which you have no need for with music.

I don't watch movies on my computer and for gaming I think it's possible to connect the headphones to the on board sound card.
Anyway I've ordered the sabre. Hope fo the best :)
