Audio Technica. 100% sure.
Exact model I don't know. Don't know if that yellowish part is added on or from stock.

Edit: probably the M50, as based from the ATH site the only pro series with a silver ring is the M50

Audiotechnica, look very similar to m50s although I didn't think they had any yellow on them.

I recognize them but no one really cares about whos sportin them but if you do, they use UE custom's

I think it can go both ways, no one's really surprised that people sport M50s in the studio by now. Frankly I find the people more interesting than the headphones they're wearing in this case. "Wow M50s, actual people wearing headphones we talk about on head-fi"...yeah, no. 
 
Care to source pics/links regarding them using UE stuff? It's hard to differentiate between models and brands, unless they've stated it outright.
