do it yourself. Cryo silver SCSCAg on rean ends. it's cheaper and better.

well the wire is from cryo-parts.com which you can buy direct or from distributor whiplash audio costs about $11 a foot before shipping. Depending on how long of a interconnect you want you need to buy at least 1 foot of this stuff or more to be safe.
if you don't believe in high end wire then you could easily go to radioshack and buy whatever gauge you want off the shelf or find something in broken electronics if you really want to go cheap.
you can also buy TWCu (copper) from cyroparts it's about half the price of the silver stuff.
then you need 2 ends they sell some fancy schmany stuff...

honestly if you went all out and have clean soldering skils and patience to do things right you could end up with a very nice LOD for very little money relatively.
