IIRC, things such as iPod's are not quite powerful enough to give a good, let alone adequate, signal strength when used as a source for something like an automotive power amplifier. Could a cMoy be used as a line-driver between an MP3 player and the amp?

Any suggestions for a different OpAmp to be used in this way are welcome, but I was wondering specifically about the cMoy.
