Hi head-fi I just want to ask your opinions on what should I get first, the IEM Andromeda or the DAP Sony Nw-Wm1a.

My current set-up is iBasso Dx90 + Ath-e40 w/ 12 core tribrid cable (4 pure silver + 4 SPC + 4 OCC).

With that, if I get the Andromeda, it would be pair with my iBasso Dx90. Likewise, if I get the Sony Nw-wm1a it would be pair with my Ath-e40

I am a relative newbie, but my opinion would be that you would receive a greater improvement from upgrading your IEMs first (that you're specifically asking which to get *first* has me assuming you're gonna end up getting both eventually)

Unless there is something bothering you with your DX90 (something broken, not enough capacity...), you should invest in the Andromeda first.

Andromeda first, it will be a bigger change and improvement.
