I think you need to lift pins 1,5,& 8 (NC) on the opa627.

since the Burr Brown 627s were unstable in my CDP I swapped in some AD843s to see how they sound. So far so good, but I still prefer the sound of my AD825 modules to anything else I have tried so far. It's a little difficult to swap these out and A/B them, especially without a chip puller to get around the little caps in the way, but I may be up to doing this in the near future once I get the time and gumption.
