I just received my first Sieveking Omega stand and I'm stoked about it! It's awesome looking (I got the Walnut) and ALMOST matches my desk which is slightly darker brown.
I was just wondering, since the finish actually reminds me of a guitar neck, if any of you touch yours up with any type of conditioning since it's such a fine piece of artwork. Matter of factly, I feel like I could use this as an art piece elsewhere in the house if I didn't want to use it for my headphones anymore!
I'd like to make it seem a little bit "darker" to match my desk without staining it, so I was just wondering if any of you have any tips for that as well as to keep it lubricated in the summer/winter.
Thanks!
