Life can be so hard........

The other night, I started a second can of Rockstar but ended up going to sleep, so I had to pour it down the drain the next day. It also brought the fruit flies back so now I've gotta buy more traps. First world problems... lol

Edit: Bleh. Canned soda tends to be weaker and messes with my body in ways that bottled soda doesn't. Started drinking another one of those mini Mountain Dews and now I just feel more tired...

So coffee equipment wise I use a Bonavita 5 Cup maker with thermal carafe and a Capresso 560.5 Stainless steel burr grinder...bean wise i keep trying net new ones, still have no go to per se, but def find the stronger flavor of fresh ground beans much to my preference than the already ground...and since I hate cleaning, I grind rice in my grinder after I grind coffee to clean it out/absorb the oils/etc...

Perhaps, a Mega B vitamin tablet may help.......

Mega B plus natural herbs for energy is best!

My favourite is now foods energy. Inexpensive with great dosage of B complex, and include a lot of energy boosting herbs And nutrients. Besides the B complex, you might like to google the other nutrients included. Q10, ALA, green tea, ginseng etc...those are super
