im trying to calculate total AWG.

for instance 22awg x 4 conductors, or 30awg x 8 conductors. how can i find the equivalent size in a single AWG #

Hey Euclid...

1. Go to this Belden link.

2. Check the ASTM Circular Mil Area Column for each conductor; add the areas together and find the equiv. in the solid chart's column.
