Hello,

Just recently the cables on my HD595's began to tangle on there own. I always used the headphone stand supplied, yet this tangling happens anyway. Uhm here is a picture of what I mean, but err it's a lot worse than that now. Every time i use the headphones i need to try and stretch the cable to stop doing it, but it still does it anyway.

Is there anything I can do to stop/fix this?

That's a kink, not a tangle. Did a tangle cause the kink, or is the kinking happening on its own?

They happened 'on their own'? Surely the cable has been caught in something (under a chair, in a cable tie etc)

Tangling is all part of a big conspiracy. If I leave 2 wires lying side by side on the table overnight, the next morning they are tangled.

Maybe it's the same conspiracy that makes 1 sock of a pair disappear and makes pens vanish into thin air.

Yeah, it happens on their (I always get mixed up between there and their

) own. I take good care of my headphones and hang them on the stand after I've used them.

Sorry, I am stumped as to how these kinks could be happening spontaneously

Anyone with 595's have a similar problem even?

Those plastic ties can cut into the cable. Remove the tie and replace with a soft velcro strap if you want to.
