where can i find a better cable for this thing? i googled but that just brings up headfi posts. what would it take to make my own? i've already rewired my beyer's so i think i can make a cable.

what do you mean? You mean the rca leads or the internal cables? I use a 6' Monster cable now. Had a 12' dayton cable but I think that was too long. Can't comment on any sound differences since I switched the cable at the same time I put in new mullard tubes.

i'm sorry i meant to say power cable. can someone edit the title for me?

i've seen people talk about buying an upgraded power cable and wondered where i could get one or where i could get the connectors to make one.

at the same time i have a bunch of Canare 4S8 on hand. it's 4 conductor but i can make it work. just use two for ground.
