I just put together my first head-phone rig, which I'll be using at home and work. I'm looking for short (0.5m or less) cables, a coaxial digital cable (will need 1/8" adapter to fit 3400), and a pair of ICs to run from a modded DI/O to META42 (RCA-RCA). I don't want to spend too much money. <$150 for all cables is my goal. I'm considering the cheap and good Outlaw ICs and digital cable (~$85 total). The other way to go would be used/discounted cables off Audiogon, any recommendations? Thanks.

hehe... I just decided to go w/ outlaw 0.5m ICs and silver digital coax. The upgrade was very noticable from cheapo radioshack cords (not saying a lot). I'm very happy w/ the outlaws, and I didn't have to break the bank.
