Now I'm using BC's Box caps for C2,C3,C5 on tangent's PPA Board.

Changing that bypassing capacitors to expensive caps like Moondorf Mcap(I love it

)or Musicap or Relcap in PPA can be a nice choice?

There's no need to worry about their size.

IMHO using expensive boutique-grade caps in the power rail is a waste of money. As long as the amp is getting good clean DC off the rails it will perform well, and the "standard" poly caps will do just fine.
