for music, I use foobar and kernal streaming.

But for movies, does any of the software have this option... wmp, realplayer, windvd, nero showtime??

reclock has an option for kernel streaming output.

reclock.free.fr

However, that is probably not what you want since reclock either resamples the stream or repeats/drops AC3 frames in case of AC3 output.
