Hi guys i just bought hivi m200mkiii. To my disappointment, i have been hearing buzzing sound from both tweeters. Actually, it isnt that loud, it requires my ear to be about 10 cm away from the tweeters to hear the annoying buzzing sound. When I turn up the volume knob, the buzzing sound will be a bit louder. The speakers also suddenly made a poke sound when i touched 3.5mm tip with my finger. The mid woofer is definitely working fine.Even if i remove the rca to 3.5mm cable from my pc, i still can hear buzzing sound from my tweeters and when i play a song, I dun see the tweeters are vibrating at all. Are my speakers faulty or blown? If they are, do you think will swans allow me to use warranty to repair/exchange?

And yup i did heard sound from the tweeter but it sounded softer compared to midwoofer. Is this normal?
God my ear hurts after hearing such high pitch
I tried to use low volume on the speaker knob while having max volume settings in my operating system. This lowered the buzzing sound a lot but still can be heard if i place my ear closely.[It cant be heard at all away from a distance and if played a soft music, cant even distinguish the buzzing sound with my ears touching the tweeter]
Please can somebody tell me what is it causing that buzzing sound...and what solutions can be done... I'm seriously worried about it..

Is this your first speakers?
Speakers are meant to heard from distance above 50+ cm and this amp has only S/N 85dB thus higher noiselevel can heard. Around S/N 100dB is considered "noisefree".
The difference between a tweeter and mid range/woofer speakers is that tweeters are meant/filtered to deliver high freq. sounds above +/- 1.8kHz and midwoofer for mid/low range freq. under +/- 1.8kHz crossover.
For human ears the midrange freq. around 1kHz is the loudest, thats why higher freq is softer, so it's normal.

Plug the 3.5mm jacks few times in and out to clean the internal contacts.
And it is an Amplifier so touching 3.5mm tips with fingers it plops because of the amplified finger EMI body signals.
Try plugging the powerplug in different power outlets and reverse the plug polarity, if no difference than it's normal by design. Other contact their customerservice for advice.

Its my second speakers. my first speaker was a terrible $20 logitech speaker so i didnt care much about it. I like the way m200mkiii sound. It sound so much better when I compared to other speakers in the shop so i dont think i will return it.
