Does anyone know where I'd be able to get a set of these locally? The U.S. Amazon has them listed, but I don't see them on the Canadian one anywhere.

They have been discontinued for a while now.  Your local Craigslist may turn up a set once in a great while.
 
They also come up on eBay too, but the set is heavy and will cost a lot to ship, domestic or otherwise.
