She's no audiophile or expert. I had previously bought her some jlabs, but, they are somewhat uncomfortable because they are on ear.

I'd prefer to stay around $60. I was looking at the sennheiser hd 300's, because i'd imagine they would be more comfortable, than the on ear jlabs. though, i doubt they are as comfortable as the more expensive circumaural pads.

She mostly listens to podcasts and a little music.

I usually don't buy cheaper headphones so i need some recommendations.

Get her Koss Portapros. I realize that they're on ear, but they're light, so they won't be uncomfortable and they may just be what the doctor ordered unless she's in a noisy environment.
