Actually, Jan had help me alot to build my own DIY Corda HA-1, so I will buy a Sennheiser HD600 from him.

My question are:
1. How much will be charged for using Paypal?
2. Is Paypal safe?
3. Had anyone been overcharged by Paypal?

The seller (Jan) is charged a small fee, compared to what the HD600's cost. I forget exactly how much it is. That cost will be included in the total cost of the HD600's.

It depends on who you ask. I've had nothing but good experiences, but just search the web, and you'll find plenty of bad ones. When anything gets popular, there are bound to be a vocal group of people with bad experiences.
