I was just thinking, given the 1099K hassle and paypal feel, has anyone signed a buyer and seller contract agreement similar to buying cars, for expensive audio equipment? Is that legally enforceable? Seems like if there is a easy Docusign template Head-fi provides that will be a good idea.
