Hi, indeed, Fusion Core already has a couple of EMI/RFI filtering, so it may not need additional filtering unless you have a really crappy AC main at your home. You can also use a hair dryer (that has diodes inside) and if you hear noises coming from your speakers or headphones then maybe a power conditioner might help, but otherwise I wouldn't advise purchasing a conditioner just to plug the Fusion Core in.
Serializing multiple power conditioners should not do anything bad to harm your sound. If you do have a V5 Elektra already purchased then feel free to connect all of your devices there, as long as the total power consumed is below the nominal power advertised on the V5 Elektra specs.
