This is a longshot but Burson Audio recently sent me a replacement Bluetooth board because I’ve never been able to get it to connect to Bluetooth. I received the new board but I’m having trouble removing the old board. It has a wire with a connector that I don’t recognize and I’m not sure how to get it off. Hoping someone recognizes the connector or has had to do this before. For some reason, Burson has not been responding to email for the past week any help would be appreciated. Here’s a pic:
