i was wondering if i can Burn In the cables in say 8 hour sessions times 10 instead of 80 hours straight ?

I wouldn't worry about cable's burn-in. if there's such occurrence, it'll take care of itself as you keep using the cable. that's all.

Burning in a cable with normal audio signals is like a foot racer training for his next marathon run by going for a casual walk around the block.  The cable's not even breathing hard.
