I have been looking in to getting a small amp that I can use while on the move, be it with my phone, tablet or laptop. So after looking around for a while I found out that I might want to try and build the CMoy amp since that seems like a reasonably priced device, and the quality might be as good as I make it myself.

The thing is, if I source the components from within my country the price would be 517NOK or roughly 63USD including shipping and taxes. For that price I can get more well put together amps from aliexpress and as long as I keep the sum under 43USD I don't even have to pay taxes on that.

So I'm at an impasse here, I really want the best I can get for my money but I'm no longer sure that would be a CMoy amp. So either I find a different place to order my parts with free international shipping (or at least cheap), or I bite the apple and risk overpaying for my project.

This is the parts I have set up so far:
2x Rubycon capacitors 220 uF 35 VDC, 35ZLJ220MT78X16
2x Khemet capacitors 100 nF ±10% 50 VDC/30 VAC, SMR5104K50J01L4BULK
2x Arcol resisors 100 kOhm 0.25 W ± 0.1 %
2x Arcol resisors 1 kOhm 0.25 W ± 0.1 %
2x Arcol resistors 10 kOhm 0.25 W ± 0.1 %
2x Welwyn resistors 47 Ohm 0.25 W 0.1 %
1x Akane resistor 180 Ohm 0.5 W ± 0.1 % (for the LED)
1x 3mm LED 35mA, 2.8-4v
1x Texas Instruments OPA2132PA
1x Fisher Elektronik gold plated DIL 8 socket
1x Rademacher prototype card hard paper Fenol FR2 (74x100mm)
2x Cliff 3p Minijack socket (with print board solder points)
1x Push button
1x Alps potentiometer 10 kOhm
1x Mentor Aluminium cap
1x OKW 9v battery socket

I'm quite sure the parts should be decent, but I have no idea whether or not it's worth the money. I would appreciate any input on this, and if anyone know of a good place where I can get good components with decent international shipping then that would be great as well :)

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering I'm looking at these two Chinese amps:
Bluebird U3.6
XU09

As well as these three less portable ones (after all I won't be carrying my large cans with me when on the move):
A929
Little Bear P1
DA47 DIY amp

I just ended up getting another kit on Ali-express, hopefully that will be a bit easier for my first project. Now I just have to find a power source for it...
