on top of that its highly uninteresting as this card doesnt have any serious A/D converter..

Sounds like a great stereo card, and I could use my onboard crap for movies and games (hooked up to 5.1)

24 bit 44.1 kHz does´t sound like hi-rez. You need to increase both bits AND the sampling frequency to call it that way. hat you have is like a silent movie with better images but the same weird people movements.
