is it okey to use hd559/shp9500 without amp?
Both the HD559 and SHP9500 are easy to drive, so should work plugged into any headphone jack.

Ive heard HD660S are great for gaming if you want open backed.

Closed id recommend perhaps DT1770 Pro. They're very good for imaging and soundstage.

^^^He asked for budget....660's are far from that...

I would recommend any Sennheiser from the HD599's and lower in open back with a separate boom mic.
I own a few pairs and only game with my 598's, never with my Mobius...
If you want an all in one solution that is a good bang for the buck : https://www.massdrop.com/buy/massdrop-x-sennheiser-pc37x-gaming-headset
Also, the Audio Technica M40 is a great pair of headphones for the price, slap a modmic or vmoda boom mic on there and you have a fantastic headset that is also easy to drive from any source.
To be honest the HyperX Cloud are really not too shabby and if you really enjoy them, getting another pair is not a bad move either.

For now i am in between shp9500 and hd 559 but i also like the design of audio technica headphones m40x and ad500x.
At first i was about to buy hyperx cloud flight i was one click away but my friend stopped me.

I only know the 559 (599 little brother) and comfort is A1, sound stage is great and overall sound quality is good.
You can get these for 100$ I think this is a great deal.
if you want to splurge a bit (extra 50$) you can get these : https://www.massdrop.com/buy/massdrop-x-sennheiser-hd-58x-jubilee-headphones
The 58X are widely considered one of the best bang for the buck headphone on the market.
I only heard great things about the Phillips, though I have never tried them. They seem expensive? I can't find them anywhere under 250...?
Good luck with your purchase!

All things considered, in that case the HD559 would be my choice
