Budget DAP good with sensitive CIEMs

I am looking for recommendations on a beginner budget DAP that would work well (and be quiet enough) with multi-driver CIEMS. I was actually considering the Shanling M2s but I heard its predecessor the M2 was noisy with sensitive CIEMs, i am afraid the M2s would be the same.

Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks!
