Hey all, currently looking for a budget amp to use with:

a)NEC 602 --> Art DI/O --> amp

and for my mp3s/lossless and such..

b)TB Santa Cruz --> amp..

*I plan on upgrading the SC to something else in the near future as well.

Within my budget would be such amps like the meta/pimeta/headsave elite, gilmore lite, etc.. so basically budget is about $250. Cans to be used with are mainly Sony V6 and Sony CD1700, with the likely addition of a Senn HD580/600 in the near future.

especially looking for more gilmore lite reviews (I know there are more of you out there!) and meta/lite comparisons.

GPalmer did a very nice (and very favorable) comparisson of the Gilmore Lite to the Gilmore V2 in one of the Gilmore Lite threads (not in the Reviews section). If you haven't already, be sure to read it.

Sure did! I was looking for more comparisons within amps in its pricerange and also how it matches up with something other than grados.
