I'm also from europe so I'd prefer if it's easy to get it from here.

Fiio amps are fine, but are better suited for portable applications IMO. It sounds like you will be using a desktop. Have you thought about buying a cheap amp now, and à separate DAC later?

On this note, I really like the HRT streamer DACs. They're getting on a bit now but still sound great to my ears.
