My budget $600 on amp and DAC and $150-$300 headphone I have never used a Dac or a amplifier or a high end headphone.The purpose is for watching movies, play pc games and watch youtube videos. Should i buy Vali amp or Magni amp what's the difference?

Am going to buy Objective2 Headphone Amplifier and Standalone ODAC and Beyerdynamic premium 600ohms.
What is the difference 250ohms or 600ohms for movies and playing pc games and watching youtube videos.

Either amp dac combo will be fine. You could also look at the Fiio EO9K with an E7 or E17. If you're not set on Beyerdynamic, I'd steer you to Sennheiser HD600. Just my preference.
