Broken UM2

Well, they've been good since I bought them, ran into my first problem.

They are out of warranty, bought them back in October 2005, and as I understand Westone just offers a 1 year warranty, right?

Anyway, the stem holding the foamie broke off from the rest of the earphone. This happened just on the left phone.

Any idea how much this takes to fix? Has anybody else run into this problem?

I've contacted Westone, but thought I'd ask here too.

It is not uncommon for Westone to replace an IEM out-of-warranty. I've heard of previous instances, but don't take it for granted
