if you guys are trying to contact ue, try calling them rather than waiting a week or more for a reply. i called them regarding a warranty on my super.fi 5's and the lady i spoke to actually gave me her extension so i could call her back.

I was about to buy some sf5 pros when logitech bought them out. i read of the sub-standard build quality but was willing to live with that since they had good CS, but as soon as the Logitech thing happened i got worried that stuff like this would happen, so no UE for me.
i'm happy with my phonaks at the moment, even though they aren't what i seem to want.
