Broken left cable on DUNU 2000-J...

The cord of the head has detatched from the bottom part... What should I do to fix it? Is it possible to send it back to have it repaired? Are there any earphones that are similar to the dunu 2000j?

Like the cable is more springy than the other side, and the top part where the driver is, can be pulled out which is broken. I can see the copper wiring on it
