The hinge snapped on my Image ONE headphones just 2 months after the 2year warranty expired. Just a warning, the hinge on these are not as strong as they appear, in fact its just a thin piece of plastic holding it all together.

I have been through the exact same problem. I was able to fix my headphones by creating hinges and 3D printing them. I've put them on the internet for everyone so that you can get it ordered directly from Shapeways and they handle everything from printing to shipping.
I've tried to spread the word around on the internet on reviews where people have complained about this.
