My headphone's left ring side just decided to break up just last night. So as a result I have working but damaged ATH-CKM500 in ear phones. I have bought it at 14.12.2012 so it still has warranty but the problem is, because I have bought it over accessoryjack, I guess I need to send it back to them. I sent them a mail about it but no replies yet :/ I also got in contact with ATH customer care and they want original box with warranty label (I have), and payment receipt (not sure If I have, I guess I can download from my invoices section at AJ?)
The real question is, I need to send them back to Hong Kong, then we will see if it will be replaced by warranty or not, but it means time and some money. So is this a problem that I can fix by myself? With some glue etc? I know that I should send it to warranty but as I said it may take plenty of time. Or is it just better to buy a new in ear phones? I will buy it over AJ also so it means I will have to wait same amount :/
