Hey, someone stepped on my ipod and the screens upper 1/2 doesent work, whats the cheapest screen repair place? Its a b&w one, most iv'e seen are like $130 , its a freakin ripoff, so im wondering if anyone knows where to get a screen at a wholesale price?

iPod LCD replacement is always expensive, that's probably about as good as it gets. The person who stepped on it should be paying, assuming you didn't leave it on the floor or something...

Those LCD replacements are such a rip off and they scratch so easily to begin with. I tried to look for something below what you mentioned but couldnt find any, sorry.

Uhhh, my 11 year old sister stepped on it, it was an accident, because the ipod was in my sweatshirt, which got thrown or fell on the floor, my sister must have not been payig attention. Plus im not a big enough ******* to charge my freinds or family, anyways i found a few on ebay for around $30.

Obviously your sister isn't at fault, but if I destroyed a friend's iPod, I'd hardly say they were an ******* for expecting some sort of compensation.

ya if i broke an ipod i would definitely pay to replace it as long as it was my fault but i agree in your case that u shouldnt make u r sisiter pay.

I looked around for replacement screens a while ago out of curiocity and 130 is the lowest i could find

I would definitely go for the ebay screens because of the price.

Actually some are even cheaper! They have some for like $15-20!
