I agree on the simplicity of iTunes. I used to do the EAC ripping and converting, but as vranswer said, it becomes a chore renaming and all and I really don't notice a sound difference. The only time I will rip with EAC is if I know the CD itself is in bad shape, this way I can usually get good sound off it where iTunes won't make the proper adjustments
