I have been out of the forums for a while as I was mostly frustrated that I couldn't get the sound that I wanted (even with all the help from the forum) people here are so knowledgeable and they have helped me tremendously but with low funds I just gave up.

It was my 49th birthday last Saturday and my wife surprised me with a Cambridge Audio DacMagic 100 and I now have the sound I wanted. Its so open with great response, detailed bass, smooth mid range and clean highs. I do have some problems with very compressed Cd's sounding very hard at the top but maybe new tubes or an op amp may fix it.

Just wanted to share how this little amp can perform with the right source, thanks for reading

Thanks for sharing!  Good to know how well the new DAC is treating you.  Out of curiosity, what was previous input to your Little Dot?

I had a CD player going straight in, not bad but had read how the dac in most CD players where the weak point so I have gone PC based (currently ripping 600+ CD...phew)
